After the repo rate reduction by the Reserve Bank of India, now the interest rates of fixed deposits are also being changed by the banks. On 7 February, RBI reduced the repo rate from 25 Basis points to 6.25 per cent.

At the same time, the car loan is available at 8.45 per cent per annum. 25 more Basis points have been cut on many more loans including education.
At the same time, when it comes to the interest rates of the fixed deposit of BOM, customers are getting the benefit of 2. 75 % interest rate on 7 to 30 days tenure. 3% interest rate is being benefited from 31 to 45 days of tenure. Customers are getting an interest rate of 4.75% interest rate at 46 to 90 days tenure and 6.50% to customers at tenure of more than 5 years.
