Login to myAadhaar portal
Enter the Aadhaar number and captcha code.
Click on "Login With OTP".
Enter OTP
Log in by entering the OTP sent to your registered mobile number.
Select the Authentication History option.
Select the time period for which you want to view the history.
Identify any unknown or suspicious transactions.
If any unauthorized activity is observed, immediately inform UIDAI.
