Excelsior Sports Correspondent JAMMU, Jan 24: The SBI Inter Circle Basketball Tournament, held in Chandigarh, culminated today in an exciting finish as the SBI Chandigarh Circle team emerged victorious. The tournament saw fierce competition with 17 teams from across various SBI Circles participating.
