First of all you have to open the file manager.
Here you have to go to WhatsApp.
After which go to /WhatsApp/Databases.
Here you will see the name of the latest backup file.
Which you have to change the name from msgstore-YYYY-MM-DD.1.db.crypt14 to msgstore.db.crypt14.
Then uninstall WhatsApp and reinstall it.
