Instant messaging app WhatsApp is constantly introducing new features for its users. Now, WhatsApp has rolled out a feature that allows you to add music to your status, similar to Instagram. With this feature, you can post a photo on your WhatsApp status and add your favorite song to it.
Feature DetailsAccording to WABetaInfo, this feature is currently in its testing phase and is available to selected beta users under WhatsApp Beta for Android version 2.25.2.5. Here's how it works:
- You can browse songs from Meta's music catalog within the status drawing editor.
- The feature functions just like Instagram's music feature.
- The catalog includes trending tracks and artists, and you can search and select songs based on your preference.
This feature provides a music library similar to Instagram's, making it easier to enhance your status updates with your favorite tracks.
