Delete Chat
Open WhatsApp and in the Chats tab, open the chat of the group or the content you want to delete, go to the More option in the three-dot menu above>
Select the Clear Chat option here, now select whether you want to delete media files from the phone gallery or not.
Tap on Clear Chat to confirm, by doing this your WhatsApp chat will be cleared>
If you want to delete all the chats on WhatsApp, then go to Settings in the Chats tab, select Chats and then delete all the chats by going to Clear all chats.
Tricks to find WhatsApp messages
With 'Chat Filters', it has now become easier to find chats and by scrolling down the chat list, four options are available, along with All, Unread, Favorites and Groups, with these your chat is found quickly. The 'All' filter shows all your chats. Also, you get every message in one place.
The 'Unread' filter shows those messages which have not been read yet. Also, it lets you read pending messages quickly without scrolling.
The ‘Groups’ filter shows all group chats in one place and makes it easy to find conversations with friends or family. You can create your list by tapping on the ‘+’ button. It also helps a lot in finding chats by separating them according to the need.
