Image Search Feature:

With the help of WhatsApp's new image search feature, you will now be able to search any photo online in the chat. After opening the photo in the chat, tap on the three-dot menu icon, and then click on the 'Search on web' option to search the photo on the Internet. This feature will work like a reverse image search.

Know the original information of the photo:

If you need more information about a photo, you can search it through this feature. This will help you identify the original source of the photo and you will be able to know where this photo was used for the first time. This feature will also help users to identify whether the photo has been deliberately changed or not.

Increase in security:

This new feature will give users more control, allowing them to take the right steps to avoid misinformation. When you find out about a photo that it is fake, you can avoid sharing it further. Currently this feature is available to WhatsApp beta testers, and if everything goes well during testing, WhatsApp can roll it out to all users.
