The child’s aunt informed the police that on Tuesday, after dinner, everyone went to sleep. The mother, sister-in-law, and two children were at home, and the child slept beside his grandmother. After midnight, the child went missing from the cot, and they started searching for him.
Finally, they noticed that the lid of the water tank located outside their residence was open. When they looked inside, they found the child floating.
The police are currently investigating the case from the angle of a possible vendetta.
The child’s father, Krishna Kumar, works in the Fire Brigade Department in Rajasthan’s Ratangarh.
