Bank of India's Nana Chowk branch organized an informative session for its customers under the Vigilance Awareness Week (VAW) initiative, reinforcing the bank's commitment to transparency and customer empowerment.

Representing the Mumbai South Zone, Vigilance Officer Amit Kumar Gupta and Branch Credit Incharge Swati Singh led the interactive session, addressing customer queries and concerns.
