IDBI Bank has announced vacancies for the post of Assistant General Manager (AGM), which will offer a salary of up to ₹ 1,57,000 per month. IDBI Bank has released the notification for Specialist Officer (SO) recruitment. The bank is recruiting for 25 posts of Assistant General Manager (Grade C) and 31 posts of Manager (Grade B), making a total of 56 vacancies. Out of these, 23 posts are open for general category candidates, 14 for OBC, 9 for SC, 5 for ST, and 5 for EWS candidates.
Eligibility Criteria
To apply for the post of Assistant General Manager in Corporate Credit Retail Banking (Grade C), candidates must possess a postgraduate degree, with MBA holders being preferred. Additionally, candidates must have at least 7 years of relevant experience, and the age limit has been set between 28 to 40 years.
For the post of Manager (Grade B), candidates must be graduates from a recognized university, along with 4 years of work experience. The age limit for these posts is 25 to 35 years. Age relaxation will be provided as per reservation norms, and the cutoff date for age calculation is August 1, 2024.
Selection Process
The selection for these posts will be done based on personal interviews and group discussions. Document verification will also be conducted. There will be no written exam for these posts.
Salary Structure
Candidates selected as Assistant General Manager (Grade C) will get a monthly salary of ₹1,05,280, with candidates posted in metro cities getting up to ₹1,57,000 per month. For Manager (Grade B) posts, the salary will be ₹93,960 per month, with posting in a metro city offering up to ₹1,19,000 per month.
