Linking Aadhaar with PAN has been made mandatory by the government. Almost all the people have got their Aadhaar linked. But many times it also happens that the cyber cafe says that Aadhaar has been linked but in reality, it does not happen.
In such a situation, it is very important to know whether your Aadhaar is linked to your PAN or not. First of all, go to the website of the Income Tax Department https://www.incometax.gov.in/iec/foportal/. After this, you will see the option of Link Aadhaar Status on the left.
On clicking this link, a new page will open. On this new page, the PAN number and Aadhaar number have to be entered. After this, click on View Link Aadhaar Status. After clicking, it will be visible on your screen whether your PAN is linked to Aadhaar or not.
