Customers are getting 7.60 percent interest in 400 days. This scheme of SBI Bank is for a limited period. Customers can invest in SBI's scheme only till 30 September
SBI Amrit Kalash Scheme SBI 'Amrit Kalash' scheme is a 400-day FD on which interest is given at the rate of 7.6 percent. Senior citizens are getting this interest. At the same time, general customers are being given 7.1 percent interest on this scheme. Senior citizens get 0.50 percent more interest than general customers. You can invest in SBI Amrit Kalash Yojana till 30 September 2024. The deadline to invest in SBI Bank's special FD was earlier 31 March 2024, which was extended.
How can you investin Amrit Kalash Yojana According to SBI, investment can be made online in the bank's Amrit Kalash Special FD scheme. Anyone can invest in this scheme online or offline. You can fill the form by visiting the offline bank branch. Amrit Kalash also provides bank loan facility to investors in return. You can apply for loan under Amrit Kalash scheme.
FD scheme is for 400 days According to the bank's website, Amrit Kalash Special Scheme involves investment for a period of 400 days. Amrit Kalash FD investors can receive monthly, quarterly and half-yearly interest payments. On maturity of SBI Amrit Kalash, the interest amount is added to the customer's account after deducting TDS. According to the SBI website, if the money deposited in Amrit Kalash FD is withdrawn before 400 days, the bank can deduct 0.50% to 1% less interest rate than the applicable rate as a penalty.
