Eligibility Criteria
MBA/PGDM/PGDBM degree from a government university or institute or CA/CFA for Central Research Team (Product Lead) post
Graduation/Post Graduation in Commerce/Finance/Economics, Management/Mathematics/Statistics from a government university or institute for Central Research Team (Support) post
Project Development Manager (Technology) post-MBA/MMS/PGDM/ME/M.Tech./BE/B.Tech./PGDBM degree
MBA/PGDM/PGDBM degree for Project Development Manager (Business) post
Graduation degree for Relationship Manager, VP Wealth, Relationship Manager- Team Lead, Regional Head posts
MBA/PGDM/PGDBM degree from a recognized institute/university for Investment Specialist or investment Officer posts.
Selection Process
Selection will be based on shortlisting and interview-cum-CTC negotiation. The interview will be of 100 marks. Marks for qualifying in the interview will be decided by the Bank.
The merit list for selection will be prepared in descending order based on marks obtained in the interview only. In case more than one candidate secures the cut-off marks (common marks at the cut-off point), such candidates will be placed in the merit list in descending order according to their age.
Application Fee
The application fee and intimation charges (non-refundable) are Rs.750/- for General/EWS candidates and there are no fee/intimation charges for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD candidates. The fee has to be paid online through the payment gateway available there. The payment can be made using a Debit Card/Credit Card/Internet Banking etc. by providing the information asked on the screen. Transaction charges for online payment, if any, will be borne by the candidates.
Other Details
Candidates have to upload all the required documents (including Biodata, Identity Proof, Age Proof, Caste Certificate, PwBD Certificate (if applicable), Educational Qualification, Experience, etc.), otherwise, their application/candidature will not be considered for shortlisting/interview.
