Visit the official website of UIDAI uidai.gov.in.

Go to the 'My Aadhaar' section.
Look for the 'Order Aadhaar PVC Card' option and click on it.
Enter your 12-digit Aadhaar number and request for OTP (One Time Password).
Receive OTP on your registered mobile number linked to Aadhaar and enter it.
Pay a nominal fee of Rs 50 online.
Once the payment is confirmed, the process is completed, and your PVC Aadhar card will be sent to your home address through post.
