A case has come to light from Khandwa district of Madhya Pradesh, which has proved that the police really have long hands. The police chase the criminal for years and finally catch him. Actually, in Khandwa, a man had molested a girl during his youth, after which he was out of the hands of the police when the case was registered.
Khandwa police arrested the accused after 40 years. At the time of his arrest, the accused was 64 years old and when he molested the girl, he was 24 years old. During interrogation he said that he did not know anything and confessed to the crime.
What is the whole matter?
This case pertains to Moghat Road police station of Khandwa. Giving information, the police said that in the year 1986, Ashok Kumar, a resident of Sanjay Nagar, had molested her at the age of 24. At that time the girl had filed a case of molestation against Ashok in the police.
At that time the police arrested Ashok and presented him in the court, from where he got bail. After getting bail, he stopped attending the court hearing dates. Due to his continuous disappearance from appearances, the court had issued a permanent warrant against him and since then the police was searching for him.
How did the police catch you?
The police searched for evidence to catch Ashok Kumar, who remained away from the police for so long. Then later, on the basis of information from informers, Ashok Kumar was arrested from a sugarcane spinning shop near the bus stand.
However, when questioned by the police, Ashok said that he did not remember anything.
