Railways: Recruitment for 560 paramedical posts in the Railways; applications begin on September 15..

Every year, lakhs of young people apply for railway jobs and eagerly await recruitment opportunities. A great opportunity has now arisen for such aspirants. The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has issued a short official notification to recruit eligible and interested candidates for 560 paramedical category posts. The notification states that online applications for these 560 vacancies will commence on September 15, and the application window will remain open until October 14.

**Age Limit**
Interested candidates can complete their registration process on the RRB's official website on or before the deadline, once the application link for the respective posts becomes active. The prescribed age range for applicants is 18 to 40 years, calculated as of January 1, 2027. Candidates belonging to reserved categories will be granted age relaxation in accordance with the rules.

**Selection Process**
Eligible candidates will be selected based on stages such as a Computer-Based Test (CBT), Document Verification (DV), and Medical Examination (ME). Selected candidates will receive a monthly salary ranging from Pay Level 3 to Pay Level 7, in accordance with the 7th CPC. Additionally, candidates will be entitled to other benefits and allowances.

While applying, candidates must pay the prescribed application fee online based on their category: ₹500 for General/OBC/EWS candidates and ₹250 for SC/ST/Ex-servicemen/PwD/Women/Transgender/Minority/EBC candidates.

Candidates should note that prior to the commencement of the application process for paramedical posts, the RRB will release a detailed notification on its official website containing information regarding the recruitment process, age limit, salary, eligibility criteria, etc. Candidates are advised to check the official portal regularly for updates.
