Let us tell you that former BSP Rajya Sabha MP and Akash Anand's father-in-law Ashok Siddharth has retired from politics. He announced this by posting on social media platform X on Thursday morning. Addressing BSP supremo Mayawati, Ashok Siddharth wrote – “Every order of sister is final for me.” Mayawati reacted sharply to her nephew Akash Anand's father-in-law's retirement from politics.

He said that this step of Ashok Siddharth is the right step taken late and if he had taken this step earlier then BSP, Bahujan Samaj and Bahujan Movement and his son-in-law Akash Anand would not have had to face continuous adverse situations. Along with this, he said about his nephew Akash that Akash Anand is less concerned about the real interests of the party and the movement and his career to it and is more interested in relationships etc. Accusing Akash Anand of being double minded, Mayawati has expelled him from BSP.
