After the comments made by the court, Bihar BJP has responded in this matter. Issuing a statement, party spokesperson Neeraj Kumar Sharma said that the Delhi court has framed charges in the IRCTC money laundering case. This is not a political allegation, it is a court order. This has been a family tradition. Land of many people was grabbed when Lalu Yadav was Railway Minister. Now they will have to account for this.

He further said that Tejashwi Yadav, who talks big as a young face, should first clarify how much land he has grabbed and what he has done. The country's court is going to sentence him. The people of Bihar know that BJP has a policy of zero tolerance… and this is the order of the court… the court will punish.
