Vijay Salgaonkar had once managed to keep his family away from the police, but the latest trailer showed that his troubles had not ended. The final chapter of the Hindi Drishyam franchise returned to the same family and brought another threat into their lives.
In the trailer, Vijay appeared to remain focused on protecting his family as new problems began to surround him. He also seemed uncertain about what the next danger could bring.
At one point, Vijay said, “I don’t know from where the danger will come this time. Now, this game isn’t about mind anymore. It is about luck.”
Drishyam: The Conclusion marked the third and final film in the Hindi franchise. It is directed by Abishek Pathak.
The film featured Ajay Devgn in the lead role, along with Tabu, Shriya Saran, Jaideep Ahlawat, Prakash Raj, Rajat Kapoor, Ishita Dutta and Mrunal Jadhav.
The Hindi series began with Drishyam in 2015 and continued with Drishyam 2 in 2022. Both films followed Vijay and his family as they dealt with the aftermath of a crime involving his daughter.
The first two films had focused on Vijay’s efforts to protect his family from the police. The third instalment continued his story and was presented as the conclusion of the franchise.
Drishyam: The Conclusion was scheduled to release in cinemas on October 2, 2026.
