Now a dispute has come to light between TV actress Mahhi Vij and Bhojpuri actress Amrapali Dubey regarding the word 'Bhabhi'.

The incident took place when Amrapali Dubey was changing her saree in the changing area. Singer Qazi Tauqeer was also present with him. Amrapali gestured to Qazi to move away from there a bit, so that she would not feel uncomfortable while changing her clothes. After this Mahi Vij sent Qazi out from there.

However, after Qazi left, Mahi jokingly said, “He doesn't leave from here, saying, 'I want to see Bhabhi wearing a saree!'”

Reference to Bhojpuri culture

Amrapali Dubey did not like this thing about Mahi. He explained that in Bhojpuri culture the word 'sister-in-law' has special respect and there sister-in-law is considered equal to mother. Amrapali said that this kind of joke may seem bad to the Bhojpuri audience.

In response to this, Mahi clarified that his intention was not to insult Bhojpuri industry or culture. She said that she was just joking with Qazi and she also knows that sister-in-law is like a mother.

Seeing the matter escalating, both of them tried to clarify in front of the camera. Mahi said that she had not said the word 'Bhabhi' in the context of Bhojpuri culture and she was just having fun. Amrapali also said that she had no intention of hurting anyone and apologized to her fans.

However, the matter did not appear to be completely over. Later, while talking to Luv Gill in the garden area, Amrapali expressed her displeasure over Mahi's comment.

Amrapali took a dig at Mahi's TV career

While talking to Luv Gill, Amrapali responded to Mahi's 'sister-in-law' comment and said, “Mahi is calling me sister-in-law, sister-in-law… I should say, do you play the role of mother on TV?”

When Luv Gill asked whether Mahi plays the role of a mother in TV serials, Amrapali said that she does not know about it as she does not watch Mahi's serials.

Now, it will be interesting to see in which direction this dispute that started between Mahi and Amrapali in Bigg Boss house goes in the coming days. This dispute between the two may increase further in the upcoming episodes of the show.
