Big revelations have been made in the charge sheet of NIA in the Delhi Red Fort blast case. According to the investigating agency, the mastermind of the car blast was terrorist Umar Un Nabi. However, the alleged mastermind of this attack was Omar Un Nabi, who was killed in the blast. He was the one who had activated the ID in the car. The Hyundai i20 car used in the blast was actually a Vehicle-Borne Improvised Explosive Device (VBIED).

NIA has filed a charge sheet in the blast that took place in Red Fort on 10 November 2025. According to the charge sheet, important clues were found in DNA testing of biological samples found from the crime scene.

NIA informed in the charge sheet on Wednesday that Nabi himself was driving the car that was involved in the blast. On November 10, 2025, 11 people were killed and 29 were injured in a car blast that took place near the Red Fort at around 6:50 pm. 13 people have been made accused in this.

According to the NIA, Umar Un Nabi alias Pinda and Rahul Bhat were allegedly engaged in reactivating the inactive Ansar Ghazwat-ul-Hind module since the beginning of 2022. The agency said Nabi and other members of the module possessed and shared radical literature that advocated armed struggle and violence.

Forensic investigation has found traces of explosive substances like TATP, ammonium nitrate and potassium nitrate in the car debris and items found at the blast site. On the basis of which he was identified as Umar Un Nabi through DNA fingerprinting. Dr. Omar was the terrorist who was a suicide bomber.

According to NIA, meetings were held in Jammu-Kashmir and Delhi-NCR. In these meetings, training was given to the members and preparations were made to carry out terrorist activities. In the charge sheet, NIA has claimed that the evidence found during the investigation proves that Umar was present in the car at the time of the blast.
