in the kitchen The worst looking item is the oil kettle. Every day oil is spilled on the kettle by touching the hand and it dries up. Then a black, sticky layer settles over it. however much soapRub it, nothing comes out. Fried oil is more sticky, its stain is even more stubborn. When the festival comes, I clean the house, but this kettle remains the same.

Now there is no need to fetch expensive liquid from the market. Just three household items: lemon, salt and baking soda will make this kettle shine like brand new. This tip has been shared by Raavi's Recipe on social media. Oil Kettle Cleaning Tips:

how to do

It does not take much time to clean the kettle. It only takes five minutes. First, if there is any oil left in the kettle, first take it out in a bowl. Empty it. Now put some baking soda on the outside of the kettle wherever there are sticky spots. Sprinkle some plain salt on it. Now cut a lemon and squeeze its juice over the soda-salt.

It will foam as soon as it is squeezed. Fear not, it happens. This foam softens the oiliness. Leave this mixture for 3-4 minutes. Do not rub immediately. After 4 minutes take a soft sponge or scrubber and scrub gently. No need to scrub hard. You will see that the black layer comes off very easily. If your kettle is plastic or colored, try it on a small area first to see if it scratches.

Finally wash with warm water

Hot water removes the oil the fastest. Hot water dilutes the oil and removes quickly. So after scrubbing, take hot water and add some potting liquid or powder in it. Wash the kettle properly inside and out with that water. One thing to remember, if the kettle is plastic, don't pour boiling water. Use warm water. If it is made of steel, hot water will work. Just rub it out.

Better for external stains only. Inside the kettle we keep edible oil, so there should be no smell of soap inside. If you want to wash the inside, just use hot water and a little liquid and then wash it 2-3 times with plain water to completely remove the soap. If it is wet, the oil will spoil.
