Jagdishpur (Bhagalpur) – On the eve of Shri Krishna Janmashtami, Krishna Janmotsav was organized in Middle School Jagdishpur. During this, children presented a cultural program in the costumes of Shri Krishna, Radha and Gopis and enthralled everyone. The school campus was seen in a devotional atmosphere due to the children's presentations.
Earlier in the Chetna session, Principal Ashutosh Chandra Mishra, while wishing Janmashtami to the children, teachers and parents, appealed to imbibe the teachings of Shrimad Bhagwad Geeta in their life. He said that the present duty of the students and teachers is to carry forward the teaching-learning process with full dedication and sense of duty.
He said that a man should rise above attachment and selfishness and do his work with full devotion and control his mind. He said that mind can become man's biggest friend and enemy, hence it is necessary to discharge one's duties with positive thinking.
Warden Sapna Kumari and teachers Veena Kumari, Pratima Mishra, Shahina Khatoon and Phool Kumari cooperated in the program. All the teachers and students of the school were present on the occasion.
