Business Desk – Glass Wall Systems IPO: The IPO of Glass Wall Systems (India) is going to open soon in the stock market. The company has fixed the price band of its IPO. The issue will open on 8 September 2026 (Tuesday) and close on 10 September 2026 (Thursday). Whereas, the IPO for Anchor Investors will open on 7 September 2026 (Monday). The company has fixed the price band of Rs 172 to Rs 184 per share for the IPO.
There will be 84 shares in one lot in IPO. According to the upper price band i.e. Rs 184, investors will have to invest Rs 15,456 for one lot. Face value of the share is Rs 2 per share. The company's shares will be listed on both BSE and NSE.

What is special in Glass Wall Systems IPO?
The company is issuing a fresh issue of Rs 60 crore through IPO. Apart from this, 2,02,13,722 shares will be sold under Offer for Sale (OFS). Company promoters Jawahar Hariram Hemrajani and Eshan Jawahar Hemrajani will sell their stake in OFS. India Business Excellence Fund IIA will also reduce its stake.
According to the company, out of the amount received from Fresh Issue, Rs 50 crore will be used for Capital Expenditure. This amount will be spent on the integration of Glass Processing Unit in Vile Bhagad Facility in Maharashtra. The remaining amount will be used for general corporate purposes. 50% of the IPO has been reserved for QIB, 15% for NII and 35% for Retail Investors. IIFL Capital Services and Motilal Investment Advisors are the book-running lead managers of the issue, while MUFG Intime India is the registrar to the IPO.

Apart from this, there were outstanding orders of International Facade Product Supply worth Rs 186.19 crore. At the same time, the order book of the company's Fenestration Business under Yes Systems was Rs 169.26 crore. In this way, after adding these figures, the company had a total of orders worth Rs 981.54 crore to Domestic and International Business.
