Overview of Funds and Indexes

The scheme will replicate the Nifty REIT and Realty Total Return Index. It is a free-float market capitalization-weighted index that will include publicly listed REITs and up to 15 companies in the realty sector. In this, the minimum weighting of REITs will be 60 percent and the maximum weighting of any one security will be 15 percent.
