India achieved a strong 94-run win over Thailand in the Women’s Asia Cup 2026 match played at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium on Sunday. ‘Player of the Match’ Shefali Verma said that there is an atmosphere of happiness in the Indian team after this victory. India’s opening batsman Shefali scored 64 runs in 36 balls with 3 sixes and 8 fours. On the basis of his innings, India scored 159/9. In response, Thailand’s team was reduced to 65 runs in 16.1 overs.

Praising Deepti, who has played 150 T20 Internationals, Shefali said, “I am very happy that all the players did their job – everyone tried, and we are very happy with the win.
