It is our culture to have Deoghar or pictures of God in our homes, but where to dispose of old, cracked or damaged Gods, idols and religious objects is a big question. And the worst part of it is that most of the people dump these things straight into the river or water source. And as a result there is terrible pollution of rivers and streams. Advocate Tripti Srikant Gaikwad established 'Sampoornam Seva Foundation' in August 2019 to solve this problem. After studying the 2019 floods in Nashik, Maharashtra and the water released from the Gangapur Dam, the foundation's founder Tripti Gaikwad took steps in this direction and started the 'Pune' project to manage and recycle religious items without harming the environment.

Mission and vision of the organization

The main mission of the entire service foundation is to keep the environment completely clean without disrespecting religious sentiments. The main objective of the organization is to eradicate the practice of throwing old or used idols and photos under trees or in garbage. This foundation collects old religious idols, photos, metal, wood, plastic, books and clothes and conducts 'Uttar Pooja' properly. After that paper, idols and wood are properly recycled & upcycled using modern technology. Through this, beautiful home decor and useful items are made from household waste. Also, great work is being done to empower women by providing employment to them through women empowerment under the foundation.
