New Delhi: The 88th program of 'Sundays on Cycle' was organized at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in Delhi on Sunday. During this period, Azeen Gambhir, daughter of Indian cricket team's head coach Gautam Gambhir, has received a special honour. Let us tell you, 12 year old Aajin has been made 'Fit India Ambassador'. Union Sports Minister Mansukh Mandaviya himself has honored him for this post. Gautam Gambhir was also present there during this event, which was a proud moment for him as a father.

Aajin has been given this responsibility with the aim of making the youth aware about fitness. Through this, they aim to inspire children and youth to exercise daily, be active and adopt a healthy lifestyle.

A large number of people did cycling

Along with this, a large number of people also did cycling in the program. The aim of 'Sundays on Cycle' is to encourage people to take out some time for fitness on Sunday morning. Along with cycling, this initiative gives the message to the people to do some kind of physical activity every day.

This honor is also special for Ajain because his father Gautam Gambhir himself gives great importance to fitness. Even as a cricketer, Gambhir has been known for his discipline and fitness. Under his coaching, the Indian team has won big tournaments like T20 World Cup and Champions Trophy.

When did Gautam Gambhir get married?

Gautam Gambhir married Natasha Jain on 28 October 2011 and their elder daughter Aazin was born on 1 May 2014. After this, in the year 2017, their second daughter Anaija was born. Let us tell you that the 'Sundays on Cycle' campaign was started by the Union Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports in December 2024. Its objective is to make people aware of fitness and motivate them to include physical activities in their everyday life.
