There was massive devastation in the war-torn region when a large swarm of kamikaze drones fired by the Russian military directly targeted a major industrial and logistics warehouse. Rescue teams initially faced severe difficulties in entering the complex due to high flames and heavy smoke. With the help of heavy cranes, bulldozers and thermal imaging cameras, work is going on on a war footing to remove collapsed steel girders and concrete slabs and rescue people buried under the debris. Dozens of seriously burnt and injured civilians have been admitted to trauma centers of nearby military and civilian hospitals, where the condition of many people is said to be very critical. The targeted warehouse was a vital distribution center in the region, handling civilian supplies, food grains and technical equipment, causing massive damage to the supply chain and local infrastructure. This precise drone attack not only completely destroyed valuable property and machinery, but also dealt a major blow to the regional supply chain. The local administration has shut down electricity and gas supply to the area as a precautionary measure to avoid the risk of any secondary chemical or gas leakage.
