In a recent interview, the actress shared her experience on the sets of her debut show 'Kehta Hai Dil' and accused the show's director of allegedly making inappropriate and objectionable comments. Kamya told that in the initial phase, she used to feel mental pressure on the set and many times she did not even feel like coming out of the make-up room and going for shooting.

Kamya Punjabi said these things during a conversation with actor and interviewer Siddharth Kannan. Apart from her career, the actress also recalled the difficult circumstances of her childhood and the struggles of her family.

'I used to get scared after listening to the director's words'

Recalling her first TV show 'Kehta Hai Dil', Kamya told that she played the role of Aman Verma's daughter in it. According to him, the behavior of the show's director was allegedly not good with some of the cast and he too had to face the same. Kamya claimed that the director on the set often made such comments in the name of joke, which made her uncomfortable. Citing the example of a shooting scene, the actress alleged that when she was coming running down the stairs, the director commented on her clothes.

According to Kamya, there were many big actors present on the set at that time and she hoped that she would learn acting from them. But reportedly some of the director's comments made her so uncomfortable that she started feeling nervous even going on the set. It is noteworthy that these allegations are based on the personal experience told by Kamya Punjabi in the interview. No response to these allegations has been received from the concerned director in this conversation.

The family struggled during the illness

During the conversation, Kamya also recalled her childhood struggles in detail. The actress told that she was seriously ill in childhood. He said that his family faced a lot of financial difficulties for treatment and other needs. Kamya told that during her illness, her parents had even sold their valuables to get her treated.

According to the actress, her mother had sold her jewelery and even her mangalsutra. He also shared the memory of seeing his father crying in the hospital. Kamya said that that childhood picture is still present in her mind.

'There was no money even to bring Ganpati'

Referring to the financial condition of her family, the actress said that she also saw a period when there was no money even to celebrate Ganpati festival at home. However, he described the love and support he received from his family as his greatest strength during this difficult time. Kamya said that her family stood firmly with her even in difficult circumstances. According to him, these experiences greatly influenced his personality and life.

During the interview, Kamya Punjabi also talked about her experience of 'Bigg Boss 7'. In this season, she was seen with actor Armaan Kohli and there were many heated arguments between the two in the show. Talking about Armaan Kohli's nature, Kamya said that he was very angry and outspoken. According to the actress, many things would come out of his mouth in anger and he would also use abusive language. However, Kamya also said that he used to apologize after his anger subsided.
