Choose a fabric that will not prick the kanha. Apart from the fabric, you will need lining, gota-patti or lace for decorating, needle-thread (or sewing machine), string for tying, scissors and inch tape for measuring.

Start with a flared lehenga

The most attractive part of the dress is its hem. First, cut a long strip of cloth as per the size of your Laddu Gopal. Place a lining cloth beneath it and sew both together. To make the dress even more beautiful, apply your favorite gota-patti or lace on the edges. Now, keep adding small pleats (pleats) in this strip at an equal distance and stitch them from the top side. In no time, your dress will have a beautiful and puffy hem.

Use of string for fitting and bodice

After the circle is ready, apply the strip made by folding the cloth on its upper part. Put a string inside it. While sewing, there should be no stitch on the string, so that it can be pulled easily. With this you will be able to tie the dress comfortably according to Kanha ji's waist. Now it's time to make the bodice. For this, join two small pieces of cloth together.
