Materials:

• Green chillies
• Peanuts
• Suk Khobar
• Garlic
• White mole
• black pepper
• Red chillies
• Turmeric
• Amchur powder
• jaggery
• salt
• Oil
• curry leaves

Action:

• To make sparkling chilies, first, rinse green chilies with water and dry them. Then remove the seeds inside the chili.
• Heat a pan and roast dry coconut and peanuts separately. Then in the same pan add garlic cloves, white sesame seeds, black pepper seeds, fenugreek seeds, fennel seeds, cumin seeds, coriander leaves, curry leaves and roast on low flame till all the ingredients turn red.
• Put the roasted mixture in a mixer bowl and grind it to a fine paste. Take the prepared mixture in a plate.
• Then add salt to taste, turmeric red hot spice, hing, amchur powder, jaggery and mix well.
• Stuff the prepared mixture into chillies and fry in hot oil on low flame until crisp on both sides.
• Instant tasty stuffed chili is ready. This dish goes very well with rice.
