They also ran a spin calibration, which briefly seemed to fix things before the washer froze again on a later cycle. Attempting to run spin on its own, without water in the drum, didn’t work either. The door lock still engages normally throughout, with the display panel confirming it, so the issue doesn’t appear to be a faulty lid switch.
