Recruitment for 10 Positions
A total of 10 vacancies have been announced by CBSL. These include one position each for AVP (Operations) and CS & Compliance Officer. Additionally, there are openings for two positions in DP Back Office Operations (Bengaluru), two in Risk Management (Mumbai), one in Compliance (Mumbai), one for Institutional Dealer (Mumbai), and two in the Research Department (Mumbai/Bengaluru). In total, 10 appointments are to be made.
Eligibility Criteria
The age limit for these positions is set between a minimum of 20 years and a maximum of 30 years. Candidates belonging to SC and ST categories will receive a 5-year relaxation in the upper age limit, while OBC candidates will receive a 3-year relaxation. Furthermore, candidates with experience in capital markets or financial services may be granted an additional age relaxation of up to 10 years, depending on the duration of their experience and applicable rules; proof of such experience must be submitted. Computer literacy is mandatory for all positions, although specific educational qualifications and work experience requirements vary by role. The company reserves the right to determine the job grade based on the candidate’s qualifications and experience.
Selection Without Written Exam
Candidates applying for the CBSL recruitment will not be required to take a written examination. Initially, candidates will be shortlisted based on their academic record, experience, and suitability for the position. Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview; details regarding the date, time, and venue will be communicated via email. Candidates must bear their own travel expenses to attend the interview. Final selection will be based on the marks obtained during the interview. Additionally, selected candidates must meet the company’s medical fitness requirements.

The application process for CBSL recruitment will be conducted via email. Candidates must download the prescribed application form from the ‘Careers’ section of the company’s website and fill it out. Subsequently, an updated resume and copies of necessary documents must be attached to the application form. These documents include a birth certificate, Class 10 certificate, other marksheets, experience certificates, a caste certificate (if applicable), and other relevant documents.
