Ingredients for making laddus without sugar

  • Take 1/2 small cup walnuts.
  • 1/2 small cup cashew nuts.
  • 1/2 small cup almonds.
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds.
  • 2 tsp sesame seeds.
  • 1/2 cup dry grated coconut.
  • 3/4 cup soft dates.
  • 1/4 cardamom powder.

Right way to make laddu

  • First of all, heat a pan with heavy oil, fry the dry fruits thoroughly in it. If you want, you can also fry by adding ghee.
  • After roasting the dry fruits, lightly roast the seeds also.
  • Now grind the dry fruits in a blender and make powder.
  • After this, soak the dates in lukewarm water, after removing its seeds, grind the dates and make a thick puree.
  • In a big vessel, add dry fruits and seeds powder to the date puree, then add coconut powder, mix everything and shape it into laddus.

To decorate the laddu, you can add rose petals, pistachios or coconut powder to it.
