Fire-Boltt’s new sub-brand Boltt has entered the Indian smartphone market. The company launched Boltt Ace 5G and Boltt Evo smartphones on Tuesday. These are the first two smartphones of the sub-brand. The sale of both phones will start in India from September 1 through Flipkart.

Both smartphones have a 6.79-inch HD+ LCD display, 120Hz refresh rate and 6,000mAh battery. Both models are equipped with Unisoc chipset and have dual camera setup on the rear panel.

The starting price of Boltt Ace 5G in India has been kept at ₹ 13,999. Its base model has 4GB RAM and 64GB storage. Its 6GB + 128GB variant is priced at ₹14,999 and 8GB + 128GB model is priced at ₹15,999. Whereas, the starting price of Boltt Evo is ₹ 10,999. Its 4GB + 64GB variant comes at ₹ 10,999, 6GB + 128GB variant at ₹ 11,999. The company is offering a discount of ₹ 1,000 on all variants under the Day 1 offer on both smartphones. The sale of both phones will start on Flipkart from September 1.

You will get great color options
Boltt Ace 5G has been launched in six color options. These include Arctic White, Burgundy Bliss, Forest Green, Lavender Bloom, Midnight Black and Sky Blue. At the same time, Boltt Evo will be available in five color options, which include Arctic White, Berry Red, Lavender Bloom, Midnight Black and Sky Blue.

Features and specifications of Boltt Ace 5G and Evo
Both the new smartphones have a 6.79-inch HD+ (720×1640 pixels) LCD touchscreen. The display has a refresh rate of up to 120Hz and a peak brightness of up to 600 nits. Both dual-SIM smartphones run on Android 16.

Boltt Ace 5G has an octa-core Unisoc T8200 chipset. The phone has up to 8GB of RAM and up to 128GB of internal storage. Storage can be expanded up to 1TB via microSD card. According to the company, Boltt Ace 5G has scored more than 5,47,000 on AnTuTu benchmark. On the other hand, Boltt Evo has an octa-core Unisoc T7250 SoC. It has up to 6GB of RAM and up to 128GB of storage, which can be expanded up to 1TB via microSD card. The company claims that Evo has scored more than 3,90,000 on AnTuTu.

For photography, dual rear camera setup has been provided in Boltt Ace 5G. It includes a 64-megapixel primary camera, while the company has not clarified the details of the second camera. At the same time, Boltt Evo has a 50-megapixel primary camera and 2-megapixel macro sensor. Both phones have an 8-megapixel front camera for selfies and video calls.

Both smartphones have a 6,000mAh battery. However, only Boltt Ace 5G supports 18W wired fast charging. For connectivity, Ace 5G has 5G, 4G LTE, NFC, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0 and USB Type-C port. The dimensions of both the phones are 170×77.71×8.5mm and their weight is around 233 grams.
