Hence there will be no hold on the celebration of Rakshabandhan due to eclipse. According to Drika Panchang, the auspicious time for tying rakhi on Raksha Bandhan will be from 5:57 AM to 9:48 AM. On this day Bhadra would have been completed before sunrise. Hence people in India will be able to celebrate Raksha Bandhan with faith without fear.
