The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has opened applications for the "Winter Internship Program 2026-27" and "Term Internship Program 2027." Young individuals wishing to gain practical experience by working alongside and learning from seasoned professionals in fields such as engineering, technology, road safety, finance, law, media, and other key sectors can apply by October 20, 2026.

**Monthly Stipend of ₹20,000 Along with Experience**
In addition to gaining hands-on experience, interns will receive a monthly stipend of ₹20,000. According to details shared by NHAI, there are currently 125 ongoing national highway projects.

**Eligibility Criteria**
To be eligible for this internship, candidates must be currently pursuing a BE/B.degree in Civil, Electrical, CS, ECE, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering from a recognized university. Students pursuing ME/M.Tech in relevant subjects; MBA (Finance, HR, or Operations approved by AICTE); full-time undergraduate or postgraduate courses in Data Science, AI, or Law (BA LLB); Mass Communication; or HR/Organizational Behavior are also eligible to apply.

Please note that candidates must have secured at least 60% marks in their degree course. Additionally, candidates who have already completed their degree are not eligible to register for this internship.
