Next, select the 'Issue of NOC' option and submit the required information and documents. Once the fee is paid and the verification by the old RTO is complete, the NOC can be issued. Keep a copy of the NOC and the receipt safe after receiving them.

How do I update the address for the new state?
Visit the Parivahan Sarathi portal of the new state and select the service related to your DL. After entering your DL number and date of birth, you will need to provide the NOC number and date issued by the old RTO. Then, upload the new address and proof of address. Submit the NOC obtained from the old RTO and pay the required fee. Following the verification and approval of the application, the new DL can be sent to the new address.
