Ranchi: Upping his ante against the Hemant Soren government after Jharkhand High Court stayed the government’s decision to cancel multiple exams, Jharkhand Loktantrik Kranti Morcha (JLKM) leader Devendra Mahto on Friday announced that his organisation would launch "Bharti Vyavastha Sudhar Yatra" (Recruitment System Reform Yatra) on August 24.

Announcing that the Yatra will cover all 24 districts of the state, Mahto told newspersons that they were not going to compromise on their struggle at any cost. He asserted that the ongoing student movement in the state had become a focal point of national attention, while asserting that his fight was not aimed at depriving innocent candidates of their jobs.
“There is a strong sentiment attached to the CGL issue, and even selected students are facing difficulties today. My fight has never been about taking away the jobs of innocent students,” he asserted.
