Aam Aadmi Party's Uttar Pradesh in-charge and Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh, while addressing a press conference at the party headquarters in Lucknow today, made a big revelation in the Ram Mandir Trust scam. He made public 'Page No. 6' of the report of the previously constituted SIT, which was suppressed till now. Sanjay Singh said that while on August 17, the Supreme Court expressed displeasure over the delay in investigation and asked for a 'status report' from the SIT, on the same day, news of the accused getting 'clean chit' was planted in the newspapers. He termed it an insult to the Supreme Court's monitoring and a well-planned conspiracy to save the culprits. MP current SIT Chairman Kiran S. Has written a letter to the Chief Justice asking for an appointment to hand over 26 important documents.

Anil Mishra's black diary is recorded in the missing 'Panna No. 6'

While showing the copy of the SIT report in the press conference, Sanjay Singh said that page number 6 was missing from the SIT report headed by Vijay Vishwas Pant, which has now been found. It is clearly written in this page that Dr. Anil Mishra relaxed the rules (SOP) fixed with the bank, due to which situations of theft and embezzlement arose in the temple. According to the report, theft took place 70 times in 40 days and Rs 81 lakh was recovered. When the report holds all the officials responsible, how can Champat Rai and Anil Mishra be given a clean chit?

Looting all around: massive corruption in donations, offerings, jewelery and construction

Explaining the patterns of corruption, Sanjay Singh said that this scam is not limited to land only. Along with theft of donations and offerings, the deity's jewelery has been embezzled. Quoting engineer Dinanath Verma, he alleged that Anil Mishra used to take 40-40% commission in construction works. The MP raised the question that instead of taking strict action against those who are doing corruption in the money received in the name of Lord Shri Ram's temple, why is the Yogi and Modi government giving them the shield of 'clean chit'?

I will hand over 26 documents to SIT, will not let corruption be suppressed

The MP told that he had met the current SIT Chairman Kiran S. Have sent an email to and asked for an appointment. They want to submit 13 new documents (total 26) in addition to the 13 documents given earlier. He warned that if the SIT did not conduct a fair investigation on the basis of these solid evidences, he would personally go to the Supreme Court with all the documents. Sanjay Singh said that Champat Rai's signature on the deal to buy land worth Rs 2 crore for Rs 18.5 crore in 5 minutes and Anil Mishra's testimony is the biggest proof of corruption.

BJP is anti education, closing schools and making them blind devotees

Taking a dig at the action on Jauhar University and the poor condition of schools, Sanjay Singh said that the real slogan of BJP is “Anpadh Rahega India, only then India will become blind devotees”. More than one lakh government schools in the state were closed, at some places there was no electricity and at some places there were no toilets. He said that the government which cannot run schools for children is only doing politics of demolishing educational institutions. The character of BJP has always been against the country and public interest.

BJP should not give knowledge on patriotism, the history of those who formed government with Jinnah is dark.

Taking on BJP on the issue of Vande Mataram and nationalism, Sanjay Singh said that the ancestors of RSS and BJP had supported the British in the freedom movement. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee had written a letter to the British to crush the 'Quit India Movement' and formed the government with Jinnah. Those who did not hoist the tricolor for 52 years and called the national anthem 'entertainment' should not teach us the lesson of patriotism today.

Donation money spent in luxurious offices of RSS-BJP

Sanjay Singh said that today the luxurious offices of RSS and BJP are shining all over the country with the money collected by building 'Mandir Cell' in the name of Lord Shri Ram. Recovery was made even from the government departments of Uttar Pradesh, but there is no account of that donation. The sudden increase in the estimated budget for temple construction three times proves that there is huge corruption hidden behind it.

'Triple Engine' fails in Prayagraj, youth getting lathicharge in the name of employment

On the statement of Deputy CM Keshav Maurya on floods and waterlogging in Prayagraj, the MP said that three engines each of BJP (Centre, State and Mayor) have completely soured. He sarcastically said that Modi ji had promised to provide employment to the youth with cow dung and cow urine, but today in the name of employment the youth are getting only lathis and adulterated cow urine.
