What is an APAAR ID?
APAAR ID stands for Automated Permanent Academic Account Registry. It is a unique 12-digit digital identification number for students. Through this, a student's academic records can be digitally linked and organized. Information regarding academic qualifications, marks, academic credits, and other achievements can be linked to digital records via the APAAR ID. This system is also connected to the Academic Bank of Credits, which facilitates the digital recording and transfer of academic credits.
Aadhaar Correction Center Set Up for Students
To ensure students face no difficulties in creating or linking their APAAR ID, an Aadhaar correction center has been organized at Mumbai University. According to a circular issued by the university, this camp is being conducted under the aegis of the Director of the Board of Examination and Evaluation. This facility will be available at the ADMIFMS, University of Mumbai, on August 19 and 20. Carry Aadhaar and Necessary Documents to the Camp
The university has instructed senior officials from all affiliated colleges and departments to inform students about this facility and encourage those facing issues related to their APAAR ID to avail themselves of the camp's services. Students visiting the camp are advised to carry their Aadhaar card along with other necessary documents and information so that identity details can be verified and issues resolved.
