Mumbai: This Independence Day, Cityflow, India's leading urban bus travel service provider in collaboration with Salam Bombay Foundation (SBF) organized a special educational safari (tour) across Mumbai for a group of 15 students of Salam Bombay Foundation, where they got to experience the history, heritage, culture and contemporary identity of the city in one trip.

This safari was designed for students to experience Mumbai beyond the classroom and connect with the places and stories that shape the city and the country. A comfortable ride on a Cityflow bus allows students to visit Gateway of India, Mani Bhawan and August Kranti Maidan, as well as Sir J. J. Visited the School of Art Gallery and also traveled through the memorial site of Bal Gangadhar Tilak. The trip also included a visit to the Paradox Museum, giving a modern and experiential approach to this safari.
For Salam Bombay Foundation students, the trip became an opportunity to capture the city of Mumbai through their own lens. Students captured photos of key landmarks, architecture and special moments during the safari, revealing their personal view of the city. Selected photos they capture will be displayed across the city from Cityflow's platforms, bringing the students' perspective on Mumbai to a wider audience.

The initiative saw together Cityflow's focus on shared and sustainable urban transport and Salam Bombay Foundation's work to empower teenagers to break the cycle of poverty through education in media, arts, sports and vocational skill development. Cityflow works to make everyday urban travel more comfortable and encourage the use of shared transport, while Salaam Bombay Foundation provides platforms for students to develop skills, confidence and creative expression.
