Making this burger at home is also quite easy. For this, ingredients like Rajgira flour, boiled potato, rock salt and ghee are used. Besides, chutney made of peanuts, green chillies, ginger, mint and coriander further enhances its taste.
Ingredients for Fruity Burgers
for chutney
- 1 handful roasted peanuts
- 1 tsp cumin
- 2 green chillies
- 1 inch ginger
- rock salt as per taste
- 1 handful mint leaves
- 2 handful coriander leaves
- a little lemon juice
- a pinch of black pepper powder
- water as per need
for burger buns
- 1 cup rajgira flour
- 1 medium sized boiled potato
- rock salt as per taste
- half teaspoon ghee
- lukewarm water for kneading
for tikki
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 green chilli
- 1 inch ginger
- rock salt as per taste
- 1/4 tsp black pepper powder

Make fruit burger like this
1. First prepare the chutney
Add roasted peanuts, cumin, green chilli, ginger, rock salt, mint, coriander, lemon juice and black pepper to the mixer. Mix some water and grind it finely. Your fruit chutney is ready.
2. Prepare buns from Rajgira flour
Mix Rajgira flour, boiled potato, rock salt and some ghee in a vessel. Knead a soft dough by adding lukewarm water as required. After this, take the dough ball and shape it like a light thick burger bun.

3. Now prepare tikkis
Add cumin, green chilli, ginger, rock salt and black pepper powder to boiled potatoes. Mash the mixture well and shape it into tikkis.
4. Cook the burgers
Heat the pan and apply some ghee on it. Bake the buns prepared with Rajgira flour and the potato tikkis until they turn golden on both sides.

5. Prepare fruit burgers
Now cut the Rajgira bun from the middle. Apply prepared chutney on the bottom part, place potato tikki on it and then place another bun on top. Your delicious fruit burger is ready.
Follow these tips to enhance taste
If you like your burger a little more spicy then you can increase the amount of green chillies in the chutney as per your taste. It will taste even better if served hot.
