IND vs SL: The Indian cricket team led by Shubman Gill has reached Sri Lanka tour. The Indian team played a three-day practice match in Colombo, in which it won. After reaching Galle, the Indian players were given a warm welcome. The players were welcomed with flowers and garlands, the video of which was shared by BCCI on social media. Team India has started preparations for the match as soon as it arrived.
Helpful pitches for spin bowlers
The most discussion in this series is about Galle’s pitch. Sri Lankan pitches are generally considered conducive to spin bowlers. In such a situation, the Indian team is focusing on strengthening its spin attack and preparing the batsmen for the spin challenge.
Big challenge for Indian batsmen
The Indian team has been seen struggling against spin bowling for some time now. In such a situation, Sri Lanka’s experienced spinner Prabhat Jayasuriya can become a big challenge for the Indian batsmen. Team India will have to pay special attention to its strategy in this series.
