Roma and Porto remain locked in negotiations over Rodrigo Mora.
After the verbal understandings reached last night, the situation has taken another turn. As reported by Gianluca Di Marzio, the Portuguese club have put forward new demands, effectively reopening discussions between the two sides.
Talks have continued without a break throughout the day and have carried on into the evening as well, but a final breakthrough has still not been achieved.
Jorge Mendes is heading the negotiations, working together with the senior management of both clubs to find a meeting point and push the transfer across the line. Discussions are still ongoing and all parties are continuing to work towards an agreement, but further contact will be required before the deal can be completed.
