AC Milan midfielder Youssouf Fofana, 27, is drawing strong interest in the transfer market. Nottingham Forest, Crystal Palace and Villarreal have all submitted offers to the Italian club as they look to sign the France international. Real Betis and Ipswich Town are also understood to be keeping a close watch on the midfielder’s situation.
With the club looking to raise funds after missing out on the Champions League, Milan’s hierarchy are reportedly willing to consider a sale for the former AS Monaco player. A fee in the region of €18m to €20m could be enough to persuade the Lombardy club to part with their number 19.
Fofana joined Milan from the Principality side in the summer of 2024 in a deal worth €26m and has since become an important figure in the Rossoneri squad.
After making 52 appearances in his first season at San Siro, the former RC Strasbourg-Alsace academy product played another 36 matches in his second campaign, with 29 of those coming as a starter.
