A total of 1,654 positions will be filled through this recruitment drive. Subject-wise, the vacancies are allocated as follows: English (504), Sanskrit (300), Hindi (250), Mathematics (250), Social Science (250), and Agriculture (100).

**Application Process and Fees**

Along with filling out the online form, candidates must pay the application fee: ₹350 for the General category, ₹250 for Other Backward Classes (OBC), and ₹200 for SC/ST/PwD (Persons with Disabilities) categories. The application fee can be paid online.

Eligibility and Criteria
Graduation and a two-year diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known); OR
Graduation with at least 50% marks and a one-year Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree; OR
Graduation with at least 45% marks and a one-year Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree, obtained in accordance with the National Council for Teacher Education (Recognition, Norms, and Procedure) Regulations issued from time to time in this regard; OR
Higher Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and a four-year B.A.Ed./B.Sc.Ed. or B.El.Ed. degree; OR
Graduation with at least 50% marks and a one-year B.Ed. (Special Education) degree, and qualifying the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) conducted by the appropriate government in accordance with the guidelines issued by the National Council for Teacher Education for this purpose.

Age Limit
To participate in this recruitment, candidates must have attained the age of 21 years and must not have crossed the age of 35 years as of January 1, 2026. Candidates belonging to reserved categories in Chhattisgarh are granted relaxation in the upper age limit as per the rules.
