Varalakshmi Vrat 2026 Puja Muhurat: The Varalakshmi Vrat, observed on the last Friday of the month of Shravan, is considered very special. Religious scriptures state that Varalakshmi is the goddess Lakshmi who bestows boons. Worshiping her ensures prosperity throughout the year. Married Hindu women observe the Varalakshmi Vrat on this day, worshipping Goddess Varalakshmi.

How to Perform Puja on Varalakshmi Vrat?

Bathe and wear clean clothes before the puja.
Place an altar at the place of worship and spread a red or yellow cloth on it.
Install the idol of Goddess Varalakshmi.
Install a Kalash.
Place water, betel nut, coin, rice grains, and mango leaves in the Kalash.
Place a coconut on top of the Kalash.
Offer kumkum, turmeric, rice grains, flowers, sandalwood, and 16 items of adornment to Goddess Varalakshmi.
Include kheer, puri, and white sweets in the offerings.

Finally, perform the Aarti of Goddess Varalakshmi.
