A source claimed his dynamic role is crucial to the narrative and dismissed rumours that he plays the negative lead.
Vamshi Paidipally's next, starring Salman Khan and Nayanthara, is undoubtedly one of the most-awaited upcoming movies. The film has already generated a great buzz, and now, according to a report, veteran actor Jackie Shroff has joined the cast of the movie and has started shooting for it in Mumbai.
A source told Bollywood Hungama, "Jackie Shroff starts shooting for the film with Salman Khan today (Friday) in Mumbai. He has a dynamic role and is sure to be greeted with seetis and taalis. Contrary to the buzz, he isn't the negative lead, but plays a part pivotal to the film's narrative."
According to the portal, Rahul Dev, Abhimanyu Singh, and Aravind Swami will be seen in negative roles in the movie. The source further revealed that the shooting schedule in India will be wrapped up by the end of August, and later the team will head to Europe for a brief schedule.
